Matthew Vaughn  Fox will distribute the 2014 release, according to Deadline.com.

“The Secret Service” is based on a graphic novel/comic series by “Kick-Ass” creator Mark Millar (and artist Dave Gibbons) which is about a legendary spy on the trail of a diabolical international plot, and mentoring his nephew into becoming the “next James Bond.”
