Yes, kids, there used to be things called “newspapers.” With what we called, back then “Funny pages.”
And the best thing ever to hit those funny pages was the sublimely silly, serenely insightful “Calvin & Hobbes,” a dizzy take on childhood as seen through the eyes of a precious boy and his stuffed tiger, Hobbes.
It’s a shame a generation has grown up without knowing the glories of “C & H,” but for those who remember it, this trailer to a new documentary will take you back.
