“Filth” is sort of his big statement on the subject — a corrupt, drugged out over-sexed cop. Jamie Bell, Jim Broadbent, Imogen Poots and Eddie Marsan star in this Brit-pic in the “Trainspotting” tradition, with “Trainspotting” ties.
