morning means my weekly chat about movies with sports talk show host Mike Bianchi on “Open Mike.”
We’ll probably chat about James Gandolfini.
And then about “World War Z” which I rather liked, “Monsters University” which is passable kids’ entertainment but a shadow of the original film, “The Bling Ring” which condemns a generation’s fixation on easy riches and unearned fame, maybe “Kon Tiki,” the Thor Heyerdahl bio-adventure about his raft ride across the Pacific.
And we’ll CERTAINLY talk about Shakespeare and the Enzian booking “Much Ado About Nothing,” Joss Whedon’s sexy and playful take on The Immortal Bard’s play, featuring a lot of TV Actors. Including Nathan Fillion and Clark Gregg.
That’s at 745 or so on 740 The Game. Tune in on your way to work, or listen online here.
