“Phantom” takes Ed Harris and David Duchovny to the depths of the Cold War

I love a good submarine thriller. “Phantom” has a name cast — Harris, Duchovny, William Richter — and a killer premise, that Soviet sub going “rogue” thing we so feared during the Cold War.
But it has an unestablished distribution company (RCR) and a March 1 release date. So who knows who’ll get to see it?
