Next Interview: Questions for Mark Strong?

strongWe’ve spoken before, back when Mark Strong was first making a mark in Hollywood films — staring down Robert Downey Jr.’s Sherlock Holmes, In “Young Victoria,” in “Body of “Lies” and “Syriana.”

Since then, he’s codified the Great Brit Villain, taking the mantle from Sir Ben Kingsley and running with it, which is why he and Ben and Tom “Loki” Hiddleston were the natural choices for Jaguar’s “Brit Villain” ad campaign. A hoot, that is.

He has “Kingsman” coming up, and “Before I Go to Sleep” opening this weekend.

Questions for the bad guy of “Kick-Ass,” the vexation of Brendan Gleeson’s “The Guard”? Comment below, and thanks for the help.

  1. Lana says:

I was lucky enough to see Mark in ‘A View from the Bridge’, and his performance was something quite out of the ordinary. Any more theatre work in the near future? Very much hoping for a ‘yes’!

  2. Andrea says:

Hey Mark! You’re one of my favourite actors! Since I saw “Welcome to the Punch” I was wondering what that tattoo on Jacob Sternwoods back is saying?! I couldn’t read it. I hope you could tell me! =) Greetings from Munich! Andrea

  3. Andrea says:

Do you have any plans or wishes to work together with Tom Hiddleston? And – despite of a bond villain 😉 – what kind of chararcter/genre you would like to play (again) in the future?! Maybe a historical character like Sir Godfrey? (That was just amazing!) More greetings from Munich. Andrea
