Questions for Josh Hutcherson? Anyone? Anyone?

ImageHe’s the teen dream Peeta of “The Hunger Games,” the kid who grew up making journeys “To the Center of the Earth,” and one of the kids of “The Kids Are All Right.”

Josh Hutcherson — if you don’t know him, ask your teenage or tweenage daughter — turns 21 this year. He’s got more “Hunger Games” franchise films to do, another “Journey to the Center of the Earth” to film, and a transition to adult roles well under way.

And he’s in “Epic,” the summer’s big animated um, “Epic.”

Questions for Josh? No, a proposal isn’t a question. My daughter already asked.

Post them as comments below, and thanks. Here’s the trailer to “Epic.”

Ask Josh if Catching Fire will actually give Peeta more character development than The Hunger Games did. As great as The Hunger Games was, Peeta’s character was severely underdeveloped. Also, ask him about the “beach scene” with Katniss. What is the status of “Echo” from his production company? Still any plans to direct and star in it?

  2. Jade Aleysia says:

Hmm…here are a few and thank you for the opportunity to submit them:
    1) Epic looks awesome — potentially touching and adventurous. What’s an adventure you’re still hoping to go on/experience or what’s a favorite past adventure?
    2) I’m looking forward to Catching Fire (of course!) — what was your favorite scene to film? And because everyone will ask you that, what about a scene that was the hardest to get through (e.g., because it should make the blooper reel, because it was emotional, etc.)?
    3) What are some of the things your mom has taught/instilled in you that mean the most to you? Because I have two baby boys and it seems like your mom has done a fine job. 🙂 (I’m sure your dad has too. This question is just selfish. Haha.)

  3. Emelie says:

Please ask about Paradise Lost and elaborate on his transition to more adult roles.

  4. Christina says:

What scene are you most looking forward to filming in Mockingjay? And how old is Driver now? Are you thinking about getting any other pets?

  5. Christina says:

I work for an animal shelter, so I’m just curious. I love Pitbulls 🙂

  6. Marie says:

Can you please ask Josh if he will be using an Irish accent for Paradise Lost? Thank you!
