BOX OFFICE: Summer limps off with a near four way tie of maxed out hits

Putting “Spider Man: No Way Home” proved to be a minor boon to cinemas. Very minor. It may win Labor Day Weekend, but not by much.

“Top Gun: Maverick” cleared the $700 million mark. So we’ve got that going for us.”
