Willem Dafoe and a mostly unknown cast of look-alikes take us back to 1975 with Lorne and Jane and Chevy and Gilda and Garrett and Dan and Laraine and Belushi, with Jim Henson and Andy Kaufman, as “Saturday Night” — a slice of post Python American counter-culture comedy — went “Live from New York.
