Movie Preview: “Dog Man” becomes an all star (ish) animated film…with Pete Davidson?

The creator of “Captain Underpants,” Dav Pilkey,  scripted this January 25 Universal release. Half man, half dog, fighting crime? Pete Davidson, Isla Fisher, Rickey Gervais and Lil Rel Howery are the names voice stars.
